You may join Queen's Bench by completing a Membership Application and mailing it, along with a check for the appropriate membership category amount listed above, to: Queen's Bench, 816 E. Fourth Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94401-3317. Membership dues include a subscription to the Queen's Bench Newsletter and member discounts on Queen's Bench events.
